Lost your tags?

We know things happen, tags can be lost, damaged, or simply disappear on an adventure. If you need a replacement for your Rose Noir tag, we’re happy to help.

Lost or Damaged Tags

Replacement tags are available at 50% off the original tag price when a tag needs to be remade due to loss, accidental damage, or normal wear after purchase.

Replacement pricing is based on the original tag purchased. Any applicable customization or add-ons will be reflected in the replacement price.

Shipping is not included in the replacement price and will be charged separately where applicable.

Manufacturing Issues

If your tag has a manufacturing or material defect, please contact us as soon as possible. If the issue is determined to be the result of a defect in our workmanship or materials, we will work with you to arrange a replacement at no additional charge.

This does not include damage caused by chewing, excessive force, improper use, or normal wear and tear.

Limited Edition & Retired Designs

Some Rose Noir tags are made in limited quantities or as one-of-a-kind pieces and may not be available for an exact replacement.

Because our tags are handmade and seasonal materials, colours, patterns, and components may be discontinued or unavailable, we cannot guarantee that a limited edition or retired tag can be recreated exactly.

If the original design cannot be reproduced, we’ll let you know what replacement options may be available. This may include creating a similar version using currently available materials, selecting a different design, or choosing another available tag from the current collection.

For one-of-a-kind pieces, the replacement may differ in colour, pattern, finish, or other details from the original.

Hardware & Attachment

Rose Noir tags are designed for everyday wear, but no tag or hardware is completely indestructible. We recommend regularly checking your dog's tag and attachment hardware for signs of wear, loosening, or damage.

Rose Noir is not responsible for tags that are lost as a result of a damaged, improperly secured, or worn collar, harness, ring, or other attachment point.

Requesting a Replacement

To request a replacement, please contact us with your original order information and let us know what happened to the tag. We'll confirm the replacement price and details before sending an invoice.

Replacement tags are made to match the original as closely as possible. Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in colour, pattern, finish, and placement may occur.

Rose Noir reserves the right to review replacement requests on a case-by-case basis.
